Whether your child is just starting out or ready to take the next step, the MKSC Union Youth Academy offers the ideal environment for young players to thrive. Our program focuses on age-appropriate skill development, creativity, and a love for the game — all led by licensed, professional coaches who create a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Players born in 2016, 2017, and 2018 can join our Youth Academy directly and experience weekly training and local play in a fun, structured setting.

MKSC Union Competitive Program | 11U–15U (2015–2011 Birth Years)

MKSC Union is one of Wisconsin’s most established and accessible competitive soccer programs — combining high-level training with a player-first approach. Our teams train and play out of Uihlein Soccer Park, a premier soccer complex with 13 outdoor fields and year-round indoor turf access.

Union’s 11U–15U teams benefit from an all-inclusive model with transparent pricing and no hidden fees, offering a high-value experience for families. Our licensed, paid coaching staff are committed to individual player development, with a focus on technical growth, decision-making, and game understanding in a competitive, supportive environment.

Whether your player is making the transition from Youth Academy or looking to compete at a higher level, MKSC Union provides the platform to grow.

MKSC Union College Pathway Program | 16U–19U (2010–2007 Birth Years)

MKSC Union’s 16U–19U program is designed for competitive players looking to sharpen their game, prepare for college, or pursue elite-level exposure. With a full-year curriculum, experienced staff, and access to top competition, Union offers a structured and supportive environment that bridges youth soccer and the next level.

Our teams train at Uihlein Soccer Park, Milwaukee’s premier soccer facility, and are guided by licensed, paid coaches with collegiate playing and coaching backgrounds. The program emphasizes individual growth within a team framework, with mentorship and support through college recruitment and high-level events.

We keep costs manageable and predictable — no excessive travel or hidden fees — so players can focus on development without financial strain.

About MKSC Union

MKSC Union is a club-wide select program of the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club. MSKC Union offers a year-round Youth Academy program for U8-U10 competitive players, a year-round select program for U11-U14 players, and a seasonal select program for U15-U19 high school players.

The MKSC Union Program was created as the premier competitive program of the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club in 2009. MKSC Union strives to build a foundation for soccer excellence that will allow its players to continue to build along the development pathway to the highest levels of soccer competition.

MKSC Union Tryouts

MKSC Union holds its annual soccer tryouts each year in mid-June, providing an excellent opportunity for players to showcase their skills and join one of the top youth soccer programs in the region. Tryout dates and detailed information will be announced in early March, allowing families ample time to prepare. MKSC Union encourages players of all levels to participate, as the club is dedicated to developing talent and fostering a passion for the game. Individual/Mid-Season Tryouts

MKSC Union understands that not everyone can attend the annual tryouts in June, so we offer individual tryouts throughout the year. This flexible option allows players to showcase their abilities at a time that works best for them.
